(More customer reviews)We purchased this item because it was metal and we dislike the plastic fake metal plastic shower products. The metal hose, etc. was a drawing point. When it was received, we were impressed with the quality of everything except the cheap fake metal plastic shower head attached to the quality products.
It was sort of like buying a Mercedes and finding out that some one had put a Yugo engine in it. If not directly misrepresented in the description, it was certainly misleading.
