(More customer reviews)I am very frustrated with this faucet. For some reason it comes with no valves. It's just a decorative shell with faucet and handles. no working parts. I had to spend $90 to buy the valves that come with it. The valves that arrived force me to hire a plumber, as they need welding to operate. I have a kohler faucet for the up bath that came with valves and easy connect tubes. They need to pull this item off their shelves.
