Pros:
Solid stream(s) of water
Long lasting. Our original one was seven years old and still worked like new.
Hand sprayer is nice to have
Negatives:
Mount for hand sprayer is cheap plastic. We threw them away from both sets of shower heads we owned.
Assembly is a little difficult
It's easy to scratch the finish when you put the shower head together.
