(More customer reviews)You can change the spray, fine or less fine. Feels like a stronger pressure then regular showerheads. I also bought Whedon DS2C and removed the flow control button and put it on this FP3C. The two together are excellent. I don't use the metal discs right now, but I have before and they help if your pressure is too strong or if you want to conserve water. I have medium high calcium in my water so every 2-4 years I use a safety pin to poke out calcium deposits. I recommend getting a back up if you have high calcium and replace every 7 years, its just depends, if you set the stream at 1 position and never change it then a hard to turn handle won't be an issue, only the stream holes.
