(More customer reviews)This product was purchased for my mother-in-law who has to sit in the shower. She was having problems reaching her back, mainly due to the stiffness of the hose. The swivel was easy to install between the hose and the hand-held shower head. No tools usually needed; just hand tighten against the included rubber washers. No leaking.
She loves it because the shower head is much easier to manipulate and reach everywhere.
This item used to sell locally, until recently, at a lower price - and no shipping costs.

(More customer reviews)I replaced a 15-year old Water Pik with the Waxman 9-spray showerhead in chrome. Features I like most are the long, no-kink flexible hose, all-chrome look, the wide range of sprays, all quite gentle, and the position of the extended showerhead - it sits more over your head rather than pointing at your face. Features I like least are the lack of an intense 'jet spray' setting for soothing sore shoulders or neck, and the position of the showerhead can't be adjusted, meaning no ability to tilt. Note, when I received the unit, the showerhead rattled a bit (like a baby rattle). I contacted Waxman to determine if this is normal or a defect. I was told this is normal, and the rattle is due to 'bearings' that facilitate the movement of spray settings. You do not hear the rattle when the showerhead is in use. Overall, I am very pleased with 9-spray showerhead and would recommend it.

(More customer reviews)The shower head leaked when I first installed it. An extra washer between the filter holder and the hose fixed that. After six months or so, the pressure seemed low so I replace the filter. As I disassembled it, I noticed hairline cracks in the head. When I screwed it back on after changing the filter, the cracks had grown enough to generate a small stream of water. New Market Naturals cheerfully replaced the head under warranty, but the second one suffered from the same problem after six months or so. If you buy this product, plan to replace the head every time you replace the filter. You'll also need to replace the washers, not a big deal but still a pain because they're not included with the filters.

(More customer reviews)I went over quite a few products when I wanted to buy a hand-held bidet. This one seemed the most complete and cheaper than the rest. The absence of reviews did concern me, but thought of taking a chance.
The shipping etc was prompt. I was a little upset to see many parts of the bidet made out of plastic (coated with the stainless steel paint). But the crucial parts ( i think the valve, the bidet itself) were made of steel and were solid. The connecting pipe, the trigger thingie on the bidet head etc were plastic.
Before you start installing, please please make sure you drain ALL the water in your toilet's water tank. Flushing it completely won't work - there is more water below the flush level and you don't want your bathroom to be flooded with that residual water when you remove the base of the water tank.
The instructions were quite clear in the packaging. Don't forget to put in the rubber washer, which is in the parts pouch along with the wall-mount and screws. It installed relatively easily and hasn't leaked at all.
The water pressure is well controlled and of course, no heated water. But overall it is a very good purchase.

(More customer reviews)I have owned at least three Oxygenetics shower heads over the years and really LOVE the way they blast the pressurized, aerated water down! Shower curtains billow, walls shake, sounds like a fire hose--- these things are great!
BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!
Sure it works as far as delivering the H2O.
But the head is way too heavy.
Ridiculously constructed as the head will not stay up when seated upon the bracket!!!!!
I have a plastic cup wedged between the wall and the bracket to keep the shower head from tipping down. This type of design engineering is plain inexcusable.
DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL. GET ANOTHER OXYGENETICS MODEL AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY.
THIS ONE IS AN EXERCISE IN FUTILITY.

The showerhead is perfect with a wide full pattern. The only caveat is that if you are the type who like the shower to knock you down this is not for you. If you like a strong full pattern you will like this head. The price seems fair for the upper end quality. I am buying another.

However we could not install it as the teeth were not grooved correctly for application onto both of our showers' existing pipe (which are new in last 8 years). Then the rubber gasket just broke off from handling the item. We used correct plumbing wrenches to install it, and it ended up just making new threads as the metal was too soft to thread correctly. Never had the chance to use it, and see if it would work :-( We hope others have better results from it, and we sent ours back, which was refunded without problem and quickly ;-)

(More customer reviews)I purchased this in combination of good price, good review, and appearance. I have a diverter with a shower massage handheld so I was looking for a showerhead that was single use but excellent quality.
This is the best showerhead ever, so much that I rarely use my shower massage anymore. It's like a tropical rainstorm. Warm and wet all over. The head makes the water swirl as it comes out of the jet holes and this causes the water to come down in a rather random pattern that is unlike any of the standard stream showerheads. The result is soft and gentle but really gets wet all over. Rinsing long hair is a breeze and takes 1/3 the time it took before.
It is so good I am amazed. (Of course, I did remove the restrictor, but I always do anyway.)

The best aspect is that the water goes to a trickle when it's hot which must save gallons. It opens up for a full shower when you pull the tag. Second, you're only using 1.5 gpm but you're still getting great water pressure. It's a tiny bit smaller in diameter than our old water guzzler which I stopped noticing after the first shower. The only downside for me was the packaging. The first time I placed the order it came in a very compact cardboard packaging which I really liked. The second time it was in this huge flimsy packaging with plastic window (environmentally unsound, difficult to wrap and ship.

Danco 10004 Universal Trim Kit for Delta, Brushed Nickel Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased this primarily to replace the handle on my Delta shower, not the entire trim. I had the crystal-style one and wanted to change it to a handle-style. This seemed like a simple option. Installation was easy. Pop the cap, unscrew existing screw, screw in the new adapter, and screw on the handle. However, it did not fit correctly at all. The handle worked fine, but it was noticeably loose and "jiggly". Basically, the adapter and the handle were not designed to fit together to millimeter precision. By contrast, I returned this and purchased an official Delta handle kit and it fit perfectly and was solid.
I also have another shower in my house that has a Moen faucet. I tried replacing that with the Danco handle and had exactly the same problem. Again, I ordered the Moen handle and it fit nice and snug.
In both cases, the handle kit was half of what this trim kit cost. So, I spent half the money and got a *much* better product.
I would stay away from the Danco handle kits. And, honestly, based on this experience, I personally will probably stay away from all Danco products.

The company stated: "the thermostatic cartridge in the unit is regulated for 45 PSI anything more than that can cause the unit to only give some temperature's. If unit was working for a while then stopped than it would be an easy fix of just replacing the cartridge, but if the unit never produced hot water than you'll need to replace the cartridge, and check the PSI coming. If the PSI is over 45 then you'll need to install a reducer which you can find at your local home goods store."
My psi is under 45 psi and the produce appears to ship with bad cartridge.
